We’ve created five Assistant Operative roles within our Estates Team as part of the New Start programme with Karbon Homes, funded by the North of Tyne Combined Authority.
They are the perfect way to unlock your potential and open up new career opportunities.
Open to all Bernicia, Karbon Homes, Your Homes Newcastle and North Tyneside Homes tenants, you will work for up to 30 hours per week, earning a wage and gaining real life work experience with our Estates Team maintaining the communities where our tenants live.
Customers will receive 1-2-1 support from an employment advisor during the recruitment process and the fixed term role, so they get the most of your experience and are ready to jump into their next role.
