North East Housing Partnership
The North East Housing Partnership brings together social housing providers from around the North East. Our members are housing associations, local authorities and arms length organisations (ALMOs), that have a strong presence in the part of the North East covered by the new Mayoral Combines Authority
to be invested in new housing, building at least 600 new homes by 2026
of major maintenance works to improve existing homes and estates by 2026
pledging an additional £2m to help local people into employment
of added social value for the region by 2026
