4 and 5 November 2026, 10am to 1pm Neighbourhood safety visits📍 Bedlington, Ashington and Newbiggin Our Safer Communities and Tenancy Management teams will be visiting neighbourhoods in Bedlington, Ashington and Newbiggin. They will carry out garden visits, speak with tenants and offer advice about using outdoor spaces safely and responsibly. You can also talk to the teams about any concerns you may have. The visits are taking place ahead of Bonfire Night, when outdoor safety is especially important. |

Once a year the tenant conference takes place.
This is an opportunity for our involved tenants to attend a full day with our executive team who share our strategies and plan for the upcoming year.
Our tenants also set the workplan for our scrutiny activities for the year.
