Vicky Miller

Vicky has been a housing professional for over 20 years, holds a post-graduate diploma in Housing Studies and is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.  Vicky is currently Head of Business Development and Communications at Action Foundation, a North East refugee charity.  Vicky has previously operated at a senior level within the social housing sector and been responsible for shaping customer services, customer insight, complaints and engagement.
