Liz Anderson

Liz became a Tenant Member of the Independent Customer Services Committee when it was first launched over two years ago and since then has used her knowledge and experience of being a Bernicia Tenant for 27 years to support the Executive and Board teams.

She has a keen interest in the needs of all Bernicia tenants and how Bernicia meets those needs e.g. equality and diversity; special needs, as well as how rent money is spent and the management of antisocial behaviour complaints.

Liz enjoys every aspect of being a Tenant member of the Customer Services Committee and has learnt a great deal about Bernicia, how the organisation works, involving tenants in the decision-making process.

Liz is also a member of the Consumer Standards Group.
