Within Bernicia she has accountability for consumer regulation, business transformation, people strategy, and place‑based impact.

Andrea has been instrumental in developing and implementing co‑regulation frameworks that have strengthened tenant influence, scrutiny and assurance within Bernicia.

She advocates for a collaborative approach to tackling complex, systemic problems, adopting a place-based leadership approach, integrating housing, health, wellbeing, inclusion and economic participation, across organizational and professional boundaries, to generate optimum impact and value for tenants, communities and the region.
