This is a new MyBernicia so there’s a few things you need to do to get started:
If you already have an online account with us, you’ll need to sign up for a new account as your old details won’t work. To sign up you’ll need:
- Your full name (as it is on your MyBernicia account)
- Date of birth (entered as DD/MM/YYYY)
- Your tenancy number (this can be found on your rent statement, rent card or you can still log into your existing account).
We understand you might not have the time to set up an account right now. If this is the case, don’t worry, you can still access the account you use now for a limited time.
Top tip: When you’ve made the move to the new MyBernicia, remember to update your favourites and delete any of the old links. You should also delete the MyBernicia app.
