Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37 per week.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.

Head of Governance

• Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Reporting into the Director of Corporate Governance, the successful candidate will carry out a key role in maintaining excellence in governance and regulatory compliance at Bernicia.  You will provide expert advice and guidance across the Group on emerging regulation,  design assurance frameworks to ensure that all regulatory requirements are being met and co-ordinate corporate policy governance to support an efficient and inclusive organisation.
