Jenny Allinson

Appointed as Executive Director of Communities in 2025, Jenny previously held the role of Director of Corporate Governance from May 2021. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing, with over 25 years’ experience across the housing sector, spanning customer-facing services, regulatory compliance and good governance.

In her role, Jenny leads teams delivering housing and neighbourhood services, supported and specialist housing, and community investment and engagement. Her focus is on driving high-quality, inclusive services, strengthening regulatory assurance, and creating communities where people can thrive.
