We had a fantastic event at Northumbria Lodge, bringing residents and our Bernicia team together to talk about safety, improvements and building a stronger community.
A huge thank you to all the Northumbria Lodge residents who came along and shared their views!
What we talked about?
- We launched a new engagement leaflet to make it easier for residents to get involved and stay updated on building safety.
- Our Building Safety Team gave updates on fire door inspections and fire safety.
- We introduced support for residents who might need help getting out of the building in an emergency. For those customers who need extra support, we are creating a personal plan for them.
- We showed our updated Northumbria Lodge webpage and got great feedback on how to make it even better.
- We also talked about improving recycling and waste systems.
Events like this show what we can achieve when we work together. The residents at Northumbria Lodge showed us the power of partnership.
