Salary:                        £30,000 to £34,247 per annum

Hours:                        37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:                    Permanent

Role Benefits:

This role will involve:

·         Preparation and management of the Group’s rent plan

·         Production of service charge budgets, forecasting and accounts

·         Supporting the introduction and maintenance of a new service charge system

·         Support continuous improvement and delivery of value for money across the service

 

Your Experience: 

Successful candidates will need:

  • A good standard of education, including GCSEs.
  • IT and data analysis skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • An ability to deliver a high level of detail and accuracy, with strong problem solving, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, able to deliver outstanding customer service.

 

Candidates would benefit from experience in regard to social housing rents and service charge accounting, experience of system implementation and a sound understanding of accounting procedures. 

It is also desirable that candidates be studying towards a professionally recognised accounting qualification.
