People Development Assistant

• Full Time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday – hybrid working arrangement – Minimum 3 days in office - Ashington
• Up to £23,139; dependent on skills and experience.

The role requires strong digital, administrative and organisational skills with a good eye for detail. You will be vital in supporting the co-ordination and administration of all training and development activities for all colleagues across the business. You will be involved in the creation of online learning content and management of both our Learning management system and E-Learning authoring tool.
