Full Time, 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary £34,316.44 per annum

We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Electrician who will be responsible for delivering property maintenance services in line with Bernicia’s standards to all of our tenants.  To do this you must ensure the service you provide is of a high standard in line with predetermined specifications and approved best practices whilst ensuring that you deliver value for money.

The person we are looking for is someone who has sound knowledge of building construction components, materials, building trades and application building regulations, has a flexible approach to work which includes working “out of hours”, and undertaking all work activities in line with all health and safety requirements.  You will also have experience of working in both a customer focussed and target driven environment.

What qualifications do you need to have? You will need to hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate in Electrical or equivalent experience, 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection along with a full UK driving licence.
