Customer Contact Advisor (Reception).

• Part Time (25 hours per week)
• £20,679 - £21,829 per annum* (pro rata).
• Fixed Term – 12 Months.

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Customer Contact Team based at our office in Ashington.

As a Customer Contact Advisor you will support reception at Head Office, providing visitors with a fantastic first impression both face to face and over the telephone whilst also offering the business with first class administrative support.

*Please note that Customer Contact colleagues will start on £20,679, which will rise to £21,829 on completion of probationary periods and competency; these salaries are based on a full time (37 hours) role, and will be pro rata for part time colleagues.
