• Part-time, 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (alternate mornings and afternoons); Weekend and Bank Holiday calls on a rota basis
• Salary £10,339.50 per annum

As Rosebrough’s Warden you will coordinate retirement housing services for the scheme, including monitoring the wellbeing of residents via daily calls and responding to an alarm system to provide assistance in times of emergency or illness. You will organise social activities for tenants, alongside other essential duties such as supervising cleaning, reporting repairs and testing fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.

The successful candidate will have a natural rapport with people, making them feel respected, looked after and at ease, as well as demonstrating a passion for working with older persons, supported by experience in a similar role.
