Location:      Ashington, Berwick or Durham.

Contract:      Permanent

Hours:           37 per week

Salary:           £42,753 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)

About the role:

• We’re looking for a talented customer centric leader to lead the delivery of exceptional housing services that are customer focussed, accessible and visible.
• You'll drive a culture that values and prioritises customer satisfaction, ensuring that our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
• You will drive forward our neighbourhood and tenancy management service offer. 

About you:

You will need:

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing people and bringing people together.
• Strong background in Neighbourhood and Tenancy Management
• Strong performance management background
