An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Assistant to join our General Needs Housing service, based in our Durham Office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic worker with a minimum of one years’ Housing/administrative experience working in a customer lead service. This role involves administration of housing related tasks and working as part of a team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of tasks relating to the running of the housing services department, which support the delivery of an excellent housing service to all our tenants. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate your experience of team working, as well as your ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.

Experience in the use of relevant IT systems such as Microsoft Office is essential.
