Salary: £33,468.56 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)

We have a great opportunity for an Area Housing Officer to join the Bernicia Living housing team, based at Ashington.

The purpose of this role will be to deliver an outstanding housing management service to Bernicia’s customers. In this, you will be engaging with customers to ensure our services meet their expectations and priorities and striving to continually improve services and exceed performance targets.

You will identify opportunities for service improvements, make recommendations and deliver changes effectively and efficiently, in line with participating in new initiatives for service delivery. You will also aim to provide customers with the opportunity to influence and shape policies, service delivery, standards and scrutinise performance.

This post also incorporates elements of budget management, and you will be expected to contribute to annual budget and priority setting tasking.
