• Full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Annual salary and car allowance £31,676
• Based at either Pity Me, Durham, or Ashington, with agile and flexible working arrangements in place

A vacancy has arisen for a Housing Officer to join our Intensive Housing Management team. 

The appointed Housing Officer will be responsible for the provision of excellent housing management services to Bernicia’s new, existing and vulnerable tenants. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as, the ability to demonstrate sufficient experience of delivering neighbourhood and housing management services in a tenant led social housing environment.

The successful candidate will possess a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes.
