Location –  Teeside/North Yorkshire (Remote/ hybrid)

Salary - £28,848.02 - £31,853.65 inclusive of car allowance

Hours - Full time, 37 hours, Monday – Friday

An opportunity has arisen for an Estates Manager to join our team; this post will be primarily working from home whilst based in the Teesside/North Yorkshire area.
 

Main Duties

An opportunity has arisen for an Estates Manager to join our team; this post will be primarily working from home. In line with client need, the candidate should live in the Teesside/North Yorkshire area.

• Attending site meetings
• Carrying out inspections across the portfolio
• Overseeing the maintenance and management of shared external areas across residential developments
• Managing a portfolio of developments across the North of England
• Day to day management activities
• Liaising with both homeowners and maintenance contractors

Essential Criteria

• Excellent intercommunication skills
• Ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people
• Flexible approach to working patterns
• Driving across the North of England will be a key requirement of the role
• Experience of budget monitoring and working in a performance focussed environment
