Sonia Anderson

Sonia has been a Bernicia tenant for five years and became a Tenant Member of the Independent Customer Service Committee in 2023. She has been using her knowledge and experience of being a Bernicia  tenant to support the Executive and Board teams and enjoys bringing a tenant’s perspective to support their decision-making processes. Having worked in customer-facing roles throughout her career, being a voice of the tenant in respect of complaint resolution is close to her heart.
