Richard Cave

Richard has over 21 years’ senior executive experience in the social housing sector. He worked for Housing Associations and Councils in the UK for 36 years, which included all aspects of customer services, housing management, assets, repairs, maintenance, regeneration, and development. He has since applied his expertise as an independent housing consultant over the last 10 years. He is a qualified MBA and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Richard joined the Board in 2023, and served as chair of the Commercial Board before taking up with role of Chair of the Customer Services Committee in 2026.
