Richard Cave

Richard has over 21 years’ senior executive experience in the social housing sector. He worked for Housing Associations and Councils in the UK for 36 years, which included all aspects of customer services, housing management, assets, repairs, maintenance, regeneration, and development. He has since applied his expertise as an independent housing consultant over the last 10 years. He is a qualified MBA and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. After serving as an independent member on Bernicia’s Customer Services Committee, Richard joined the Board in September 2023.
