Leon Mayfield

Leon has extensive senior leadership experience across finance, accounting, audit, risk, asset management, and organisational transformation.
Leon is a Chartered Accountant and is currently Chief Financial Officer at Northumbria University and a member of the University’s Board of Governors and Audit Committee.
In his previous role as Director of Business Services at Barnardo’s, Leon was responsible for finance, IT, data and insight, embedding data-led decision-making and digital solutions.
