Danielle joined Bernicia in 2024, and has over 15 years experience in the housing sector supporting regulatory compliance, assurance and governance.

Danielle is responsible for corporate governance, board assurance, strategy oversight and regulatory engagement, working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Team to ensure the organisation remains well governed, compliant and strategically focused, helping to ensure Bernicia is well positioned to deliver its vision and provide high-quality services for customers and communities.
