Estates Management Policy
This policy outlines how we aim to provide good quality, value for money estate services that ensure the environment under our control provides attractive, well maintained, safe and secure places to live. In doing so we will comply with all relevant legislation, regulatory codes and guidance.
We are currently reviewing this policy and consulting with customers to make sure it reflects current practice and meets customer needs.
We expect to publish an updated version by November 2026. In the meantime, this version remains the policy currently in force.
