Tenants can still access their accounts and book a standard repair through the MyBernicia portal on www.bernicia.com and leave a message for us on our website contact@bernicia.com over the Easter break for non-emergency matters.
Our contact centre team will be back taking all customer and tenant calls as normal from 8.30am next Tuesday.
