Rent Arrears Recovery Policy
This policy sets out how Bernicia Group manages rent arrears and heir recovery across the Bernicia Group.
We are currently reviewing this policy and consulting with customers to make sure it reflects current practice and meets customer needs.
We expect to publish an updated version by November 2026. In the meantime, this version remains the policy currently in force.
