Allocations Policy
The Allocations Policy ensures that new or vacant homes are let in a consistent, fair and transparent way that matches available housing to need and makes the best use of our homes.
We are currently reviewing this policy and consulting with customers to make sure it reflects current practice and meets customer needs.
We expect to publish an updated version by November 2026. In the meantime, this version remains the policy currently in force.
