Appointed as Executive Director, People Homes and Communities in January 2020 having held senior positions in Housing Management, Human Resources and Organisational Development, Andrea has contributed significantly to the success of Bernicia during periods of substantial business growth, transition and transformation.

With responsibility for the delivery of housing services, Andrea’s passion for tenant engagement generated from our tenant’s voice remains central to our decision making, and that Bernicia’s range of services meet the diverse needs of households and communities.

With people central to Bernicia’s success, Andrea also has responsibility to ensure programmes and processes are in place to recruit, support, develop and retain staff. She is also responsible for compliance with Regulatory Consumer Standards.
