Location:      Ashington or Durham

Contract:      Permanent

Hours:           37 per week

Salary:          £66,459 (inclusive of April’s pay award)

About the role:

• We are looking for an exceptional, talented individual who is results driven with the right skills, qualities, and proven track record to achieve the positive outcomes our customers and colleagues deserve. 
• You will work with the IT team and data related colleagues across the business to improve our data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
• You will drive, inspire, and engage people to fulfil their potential and enjoy being part of Bernicia’s shared vision.
• You will seek out opportunities to continuously improve services to meet challenging targets, help take us to the next level of delivering a great customer experience and be at the forefront of working with local and regional partners and stakeholders.

About you:

You will need:

• excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• exceptional communications skills to convey complex technical concepts to no-technical stakeholders
• an understanding of data warehouse and data and reporting technologies
• proven experience working in a senior data, business analysis or business improvement role
• a solid background of business analysis and improvement in a range of business areas
• experience with data analysis, reporting and data visualisation tools
• a track record of a collaborative approach working with a wide range of teams
