M&E Team Leader (Gas)

We are looking to recruit a M&E Team Leader (Gas) with experience of working in both a customer focussed and target driven environment.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a property maintenance and cyclical M&E service. The M&E team delivers a range of M&E services to over 14,000 properties across the North East region, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We are looking for someone who has that ‘can do attitude’ with enthusiasm for the job. You’ll be a part of a team that will enable and harness change, transforming ideas into actions.

The successful candidate should have experience of delivering M&E property services and have in-depth knowledge of gas related legislation and regulation. As a member of the team you will be committed to delivering excellent services that exceed customer expectations and deliver value for money for Bernicia.

You will possess good all-round knowledge of domestic property components and materials with an awareness of other building trades, and the skill set to deliver a range of multi-skilled activities in line with all relevant legislation whilst keeping up to date with new industry changes. 

What qualifications do you need to have?

You will hold an NVQ/ City & Guilds certificate in plumbing or equivalent, ACS Accredited gas qualifications along with a full UK driving licence.

• Salary £35,907.00 per annum
