We want to make sure our tenancies are easy and simple to manage and that we’re clear about tenants’ rights and responsibilities.

We’d like to hear your views about renting or moving home with us and the support we offer to help manage tenancies.

Your Neighbourhood

We want to make sure our neighbourhoods are safe and attractive places to live and that you feel safe and secure in your home. We’d like to hear your views on how we deal with anti-social behaviour,  manage your surroundings and invest in our communities.

We want to make sure every time you do business with us, it’s a great experience. It’s also important we involve you in the decision making process and we really want to better understand how you’d like to do that.

We want to be open and transparent about the how the money paid to us in rent and charges is spent.
