The results of Bernicia’s biggest ever tenant’s survey are in.
At the end of last year, we asked tenants to share their views on the services we currently provide and how they are delivered. We had a fantastic response to the Your Say, Services Your Way campaign, with 2,700 surveys completed.
This provided a raft of brilliant information to help us ensure both the services and how they are delivered continue to reflect tenants’ needs and expectations.
Commenting on the results, Jeannie McMillan, director housing services, said: “While it’s great to see the results show that we are focusing on the right things, we know that to continually deliver an exceptional service, there’s always room for improvement and our tenants also gave us lots more feedback and ideas to help us do that.
“The insight and intelligence we’ve gathered from this campaign will help shape the future of our services and make sure we continue to succeed in our objectives of delivering exceptional services, and investing in homes, neighbourhoods and communities.”
