Fixed Term – 12 months
Full-time (37 hours per week)
£19,086.00 pro rata per annum
Opportunities have arisen for Customer Contact Advisors to join our Contact teams based in either of Bernicia's offices in Ashington or Durham.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will deal with repairs requests and on occasion more general enquiries. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving and customer service skills are essential.
If you are confident in using various IT systems, have excellent communication skills and a team focussed approach to work we want to hear from you.
