This post offers a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic leader and experienced housing professional to join our Homelessness Service delivering excellent housing related support services to families at risk of homelessness.
Could you inspire a team to support changing the lives of those at risk of homelessness? Do you have experience of working with clients who may demonstrate challenging behaviour? Do you have a sound working knowledge of safeguarding? Do you have the ability to relate to people? Do you have the ability to document information in an accurate and concise manner?
We’re looking for an exceptional talent to oversee the delivery of excellent, consistent and responsive housing services. You’ll be responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging a team of Project Workers to deliver industry-leading customer and housing services. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results, along with extensive experience of housing management practice, with a focus on robust performance management and demonstrating strength in motivating others.
We never get complacent at Bernicia, so you’ll seek out opportunities to continuously improve services to meet challenging targets and obtain best value for customers; working in partnership with stakeholders, external partners and colleagues.
