We’re delighted to be coming on board as a delivery partner in the L!NKCD project.

L!NKCD is an exciting ESF funded scheme that brings together community organisations and training providers to support people in County Durham who need help getting into work and learning new skills.

We’re now recruiting a delivery team who will also be an integral part of our neighbourhood management initiative on the Sherburn Road Estate in Durham.

If you’ve got a passion and desire to help people aspire and achieve better things in life we’d love to hear from you.

We want to build an exceptional L!NKCD delivery and neighbour management team and are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the post of Housing Officer.

This is a unique post that will work both on the L!NKCD programme and general housing management.

You’ll be responsible for providing the lynch pin between mainstream housing and L!NKCD provision, whilst also delivering quality housing services to residents of Sherburn Road.

If you want to be part of our new partnership and neighbourhood initiative and have the skills, enthusiasm and determination to make a difference we want to hear from you.
