We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance Team based at Ashington.

You will be responsible for providing support in the delivery and validation of landlord’s compliance for the Group which includes all domestic, non-domestic and commercial properties.

As an Ambassador of Bernicia and to be successful in this role you will need to have experience of delivering a wide range of compliance services within a social housing environment.  You will be required to perform a wide range of tasks to contribute to the efficient running of our compliance services and will need to have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Keystone and Qube with the ability to self-manage, work under pressure, present accurate performance management information and deliver results to tight deadlines. 

We are always looking to enhance our customer experience, so you will need to contribute positively to change, be customer focused, adaptable and will have excellent customer service skills, as you will need to converse with staff, customers and contractors to deliver our outstanding landlords compliance service. 

You will ideally have prior knowledge of Asbestos, Lift Maintenance, Gas Servicing, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety and Water Hygiene.
