Living Spaces as part of the Bernicia Group, are a specialist Sales, Lettings and Property Management agency. This role is based at our Grey Street Office.
The role involves all aspects of general administration, agreeing reservations, preparing tenancy agreements and relevant paperwork for move in’s ensuring legislation and company procedures are followed. Assisting the existing team, meeting and greeting clients, call handling, client updates, booking appointments, lead generation and diary management.
This role will suit someone who is motivated, has an ability to prioritise and multi task and looking for long term career development.
Experience in the property sector is not essential. General administrative experience and knowledge of the local area is preferred.
