Living Spaces as part of the Bernicia Group, are a specialist Sales, Lettings and Property Management agency.
This role is a temporary role (9 months) and is based at our Kingston Park Office.
The role involves visiting managed properties carrying out inspections, undertaking inventories, check ins and check outs with tenants, arranging with contractors to have any necessary works undertaken and ensuring the property is ready for new tenants moving in. Other duties include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential. A highly organised person with excellent administration experience and knowledge of the local area is essential. Full clean driving licence is also essential and use of own car may be required from time to time.
