Assistant Compliance Coordinator

We have created a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Compliance Coordinator to join our Assets and Property Team.

  • Temporary 3 Months Fixed Term
  • Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Annual salary £18,277.46 per annum

As Assistant Compliance Coordinator you will support the Compliance Team, performing a wide range of administration tasks to contribute to the efficient running of the Compliance service for the Group including general administration of servicing and inspection regimes for all equipment within managed stock requiring servicing and inspection e.g. lifts, boilers, electrical, appliances, water hygiene etc.

In order to secure this position, you should have experience of using and application of relevant data management systems and related databases used for compliance related work and be able to work under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines.
