An opportunity has arisen for a Repairs & Maintenance Systems Support Officer to join our team at our office in Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne.
The role will involve assisting in co-ordination and configuring ICT applications in line with business processes and service delivery. Administering and prioritising functional requirements for system automation liaising with internal ICT services and third party suppliers.
As part of the Repairs and Maintenance Team you will provide exceptional and professional front line services and practical support relating to repairs and maintenance to our customers, clients and colleagues.
