Intensive Housing Management
Opportunities have arisen for Housing Officers to join our Intensive Housing Management team.
Although we provide a range of housing management services everything we do is about one thing – successful, sustained tenancies. It’s about people wanting to live in our homes and stay there. Our Intensive Housing Management team pride themselves on providing excellent services that help tenants to overcome the issues that may affect their ability to sustain their tenancies and live safely in their homes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for engaging with people and an outstanding knowledge of the welfare benefits system as well as experience of delivering neighbourhood, housing management and safeguarding services in a tenant led social housing environment.
