We’re making it easier for tenants to give us feedback on our repairs services

We’re introducing text surveys for our Repairs service.

Before we go fully live, we’ll be trialling the system on Joinery repairs in the first instance and will then roll this out to all repairs. In the meantime you may still also be contacted for telephone surveys for other types of repairs.

Our text survey will show that it is from Bernicia, so you know it’s genuine.  We would appreciate if you do receive one of our text surveys that you take the time to complete and let us know about your experience of the repairs service. We love to hear from you about what we do well and what we could do better and look forward to receiving your feedback.
