Contract:        Permanent 

Hours:            37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary:            £27,327.00 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative - to join our Team within our Property Maintenance and Construction Department based at Ashington.

About the role:

As a multi skilled Operative you will be responsible for undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.

About you:

To be a successful in this role, here at Bernicia, you will need;

• A positive, can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Good all-round building skills with a good understanding of building construction, components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations. 
• A flexible approach and experience of working within a commercial and domestic property maintained, target driven environment. 
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
