• Salary up to £45,000, dependent on experience

• Based in Ashington, Northumberland (predominantly office based)

Bernicia has recently made a significant investment in a new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - Salesforce.  As part of our wider Customer Service Excellence project, the new CRM will provide a customer records management platform that will bring everything about a customer into one place, improving the user experience for colleagues and creating a more efficient customer journey for tenants.  The CRM will be implemented in phases over the next two years and this role will be an integral part of delivering this digital transformation programme of work.

The Business Analyst will use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which the organisation can operate more effectively to drive efficiency, and therefore it is important that the successful candidate has a strong focus on problem-solving and root cause analysis, with the ability to effectively organise and facilitate action. You will also possess an excellent level of analytical ability and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business.

To be Bernicia’s Business Analyst it is essential that you have experience in a similar role, that you are competent user of Excel (including formulas) and Microsoft Visio, and have a willingness to work flexibly between sites as the project demands.
