Bernicia has recently made a significant investment in a new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - Salesforce.  As part of our wider Customer Service Excellence project, the new CRM will provide a customer records management platform that will bring everything about a customer into one place, improving the user experience for colleagues and creating a more efficient customer journey for tenants.  The CRM will be implemented in phases over the next two years and this role will be an integral part of delivering this digital transformation programme of work. To support the implementation and embedding of the CRM system we are looking for a senior trainer, who understands training principles and methodologies and can take the lead in the design, delivery and evaluation of the Salesforce training programme as our IT & Soft skills Training Partner.

The IT & Soft Skills Training Partner will use a range of proven L&D tools and techniques to design, create and deliver effective and best in class, integrated, digital and blended people development solutions. The main focus of role will be as an IT Trainer, developing colleague Salesforce skills to support the successful delivery of the project. The role may also require the successful candidate to support the development and delivery of Soft Skills training to embed our values, upskill managers and drive talent development whilst maintaining a customer centric and performance focussed culture.

To be an IT & Soft Skills Training Partner it is essential that you have previous training experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record as an established learning and development practitioner. You will need to have experience of designing and delivering training solutions (including leadership and management level) utilising project planning tools, have strong people, communication and presentation skills, and possess good technical and digital skills to support the design and delivery of training materials to support the embedding of a new IT system.

This post will require a flexible approach to training delivery, and flexibility in working across multiple key sites across the business.
