We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Gas Plumber with experience of working in both a customer focussed and target driven environment.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering property maintenance services in line with Bernicia’s and the construction sectors competency standards to all of our tenants. 

So who are we looking for?  We are looking for someone who has that ‘can do attitude’ with enthusiasm for the job.  You will possess a sound knowledge of domestic property components and materials with an awareness of other building trades, and the skill set to deliver a range of multi-skilled activities whilst observing applicable building regulations and health & safety requirements.  

Your role will involve installation, responsive maintenance and servicing of gas appliances, therefore demonstrable experience of these activities is essential.

You will also have a flexible approach to work which includes working outside of normal business hours to provide emergency repairs to our customers.

What qualifications do you need to have? You will hold an NVQ/City & Guilds certificate in plumbing or equivalent, ACS Accredited gas certification qualifications along with a full UK driving licence.
