An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Surveyor to join our Assets and Property Team.

• Permanent post
• Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Flexible - Durham/Ashington, including working from home
• Salary £29,213 per annum plus car allowance

As an Asset Surveyor you will support the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and associated policies/plans, enabling the delivery of a best in sector strategic asset management service. This will include carrying out specific property surveys, technical inspections, providing technical advice and solutions as well as completing contract administration.
