Full time, 37 hours per week Monday – Friday

Salary Up To £68,337 including car allowance.

If we’re right for each other, you will make a real difference to people’s lives, leading your team in the development and contract administration of our major programmes of planned investment in and around our customers’ homes. You will utilise your experience and commercialism in the strong and effective procurement of all construction works controlled by the service and enable the delivery of the aims and objectives of the Asset Management Strategy. You’ll lead, inspire and engage people to fulfil their potential and enjoy being part of Bernicia’s shared vision.

We never get complacent at Bernicia, so you’ll seek out opportunities to continuously improve services to meet challenging targets, helping take us to the next level of delivering a great customer experience and be at the forefront of working with local and regional partners and stakeholders.
