Estates Operatives

• Full Time, Seasonal Working Pattern (40 hours per week April to September; 34 hours per week October to March), Monday to Friday
• Salary £20,376.00 per annum

The Estates Operative will be assigned a patch and will undertake a range of estate-based duties across the Bernicia Group’s offices and estates, including grounds maintenance, litter picking, fly tipping removal, cleaning of bin stores and the sweeping and gritting of communal areas.

You will often be working remotely as part of a team therefore you must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as, being self-motivated, proactive, able to organise your time effectively and aware of safe working practices.
